All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under City Government / Development Services Department / Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts: 1)Please show the impervious surface calculations as shown below: TypeArea (square Feet) Line Exempt 1. (add numbers in blue boxes) 2)Please show the year of construction on the Site Plan as shown in the Sample Site Plan provided. 3)Show the appropriate temporary erosion control measures to be installed and note the appropriate City of Edmonds Standards details. 4)Please show all structures (fences, sheds, pools, gravel areas, retaining walls, etc) on the site plans and revise the impervious surface calculations accordingly. 5)It appears as though there is a fire hydrant at the southeast corner of the property. Please add the fire hydrant to the plans. 6)It appears there is an easement along the east property line (see attached). Please revise plans accordingly. Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised Site plans and associated documents with a written response to each item to a Permit Coordinator.
