GENERAL
12/22/10 ECDC 18.82.030 requires impact fees to be paid at the time of building permit

issuance. Therefore, the request to defer the submittal of the analysis and payment of fees
with subsequent tenant improvements is denied. Land use code 814-specialty retail may
be applicable to this development. A copy of this description from the ITE manual has
been included with these comments for reference.
11/24/10 comment - A traffic impact analysis was submitted for the subject development,
however it is not consistent with the current impact fee rates. Please revise accordingly using
updated TIA analysis worksheet found on the City website.
