Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised plans/documents with a written response to each of the items below to Linda Thornquist. City of Edmonds handouts, standard details and development code can be referenced on the City website. 1.Please revise the site plan for both building permits to include impervious surface calculations in the format provided below: Type Area (square Feet) Line Exempt 1. At a minimum, filter socks shall be installed in the existing catch basins. 3.Please dimension the drive aisle width - 24-feet is required for 2-way traffic. Will the parking lot be striped as shown? 4.Please dimension parking stalls. Standard width stalls shall be 8 ½ feet x 16 ½ feet. 5.Please indicate where the catch basins shown on the site plan connect to the City storm system in Highway 99. 6.As previously discussed, the power supply to the site shall be placed underground. Please revise plans accordingly. 7.For information only - separate side sewer and water service line repair permits will be required.
