During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
A complete review can not be performed at this time. Please submit the following information so a full
review can be performed. Some of the submission requirements are noted below but please review the
appropriate City handouts to ensure you are providing all the information required.
1. Please provide a complete site plan showing all property lines, proposed and existing structures and all
driveways, sidewalks etc. See Handout B#61 Residential Addition site plan example.
2. Please review Engineering Handout E#72. Please complete Classification Worksheet provided and
include impervious surface box on site plan.
3. Show on plans how drainage will be handled from new impervious surface.
4. Show temporary erosion control measures on plans, include details of each type used. See City of
Edmonds standard details available on the city website.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
contact me at 425-771-0220 if you have specific questions regarding these plan corrections.
