I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before the Planning Division review can continue. 1.Mechanical Equipment: It appears that the building division is requiring a permanent ladder for roof access. Please check with them on this requirement, but if it turns out that you are indeed required to install this ladder, please show it on the elevations and indicate how it will be best screened from view along SR-104 as well as indicating how the entire structure will remain under 25’ in height. 2.Landscaping: Please provide an itemized cost estimate for the proposed new landscaping that includes a breakdown of both labor and materials. This will be used to determine the planning final inspection fee. 3.Signage: Please apply for a sign permit through the building division if you choose to locate a sign on this building.
