I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before the Planning Division review can continue. 1.Number of Signs: Please indicate where this tenant space is located on the building footprint (redlining the aerial photo is acceptable). Is it on the corner? For sites with multiple businesses, I need to check to make sure that the sign is located within their tenant space. 2.Sign Area: What is the length of the primary public entrance for the site? And, for this particular tenant space? Please provide these figures so I can determine howmuch sign area is permitted(redlining the aerial photo is acceptable). Previous permits indicate the wall is 96 feet long, providing up to 96 square feet of sign area for the entire site (although there is at least one permit which has already been issued that leaves 80 square feet left for the tenants to divide amongst themselves).Also, do you know how many remaining tenant spaces will need signs? 3.Illumination: No sign illumination is permitted as described in the matrix for “business uses”in RM-zones (ECDC 20.60.020.L).
