On behalf of the Planning Division, I have reviewed the above building permit application.
During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections,
or clarifications need to be addressed. Please respond to the following items, so that I can
complete my review:
Height Calculations
1.: No height calculations were provided on the site plan. Please see the
attached Height Calculation handout #B41 for information on height calculations.
Setbacks
2.: The subject property is zoned RS-8 (Single-family Residential). The setbacks for
RS are:

RS-8 25 feet 7.5 feet 15 feet
The site plan submitted with the application does not depict the correct zoning setbacks.
Please update the site with the correct zoning setbacks and indicate the distance of the
residence from the property lines.
