During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications need to be addressed. Please respond to the following items, so that I can complete my review: Height Calculations 1.: No height calculations were provided on the site plan. Please see the attached Height Calculation handout #B41 for information on height calculations. Setbacks 2.: The subject property is zoned RS-8 (Single-family Residential). The setbacks for RS are: Zone Minimum Street Minimum Side Minimum Rear Setback SetbackSetback RS-8 25 feet 7.5 feet 15 feet The site plan submitted with the application does not depict the correct zoning setbacks.
