Thank you, Jeanie -----Original Message----- From: Hauss, Bertrand Sent: Wednesday, July 13, 2011 10:31 AM To: McConnell, Jeanie Subject: RE: Edmonds Way Apartments Plan Review Comments Traffic Impact Analysis ?? Jeanie, ndth Based on 25 mph speed limit along 232 St. SW (85 percentile = 30 mph), the stopping sight distance should st be 200, not 155as shown in 1 attachment (west of access for EB vehicles). Therefore, that applicable distance ?? needs to be verified. Thanks and let me know if you have any questions. Also, the comment pertaining to traffic mitigation fees I took to mean that the methodology was acceptable and that the City would recalculate the actual mitigation fees when the number of units and/or building square footage are all squared away. Please let me know if you have any questions or additional comments. Matthew Palmer, P.E.
