During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications need to be addressed. Please respond to the following items, so that I can complete my review: Setbacks 1.: The subject property is zoned RS-12 (Single Family Residential). The setbacks for RS-12 are: Zone Minimum Street Minimum Side Minimum Rear Setback SetbackSetback RS-12 25 feet 10 feet 25 feet rdth The subject property is a corner lot so it has street setbacks from 173 Street SW and 77 Avenue W and side setbacks from the northern and western property lines. The site plan indicates that the southwest corner of the proposed deck is nine (9) feet from the western property line and thus does not meet the required 10 foot zoning setback.
