RDH's scope of work for this project included field testing of windows for water penetration resistance. Accordingly, we provide this letter based on the conditions observed at the time of our site visits and as described in our window test report (attached). Design documents are prepared by Kilburn Architects. As is typical in construction, minor modifications of details occurred and are documented through typical construction administration correspondence (Architects Supplemental Instruction, Requests for Information, Change Orders, and Site Visit Reports). We understand a compilation of any substantially modified or additional details will be submitted by Kilburn Architects, the Architect of Record. Based on our Feld review of windows during the course of construction, the installed windows are in substantial compliance with the modified building enclosure design documents.
