Inspection and testing began on August 24, 2011 and was completed on September 12, 2011 (see HWA field Reports FR -014 through FR -023). Work involved verification of wall bearing soils, removal and replacement of loose and/or organic subgrade with structural fill, and assessing compaction of wall backfill material. All inspections and tests performed during wall construction were reported according to the requirements and, to the best of our knowledge, the work was in general conformance with the approved plans, specifications and RFI's, except as otherwise noted in the field reports. The conclusions drawn from our observations apply to the work with respect to wall construction. We cannot provide advice, opinions, or conclusions relative to site work which we have not observed.
