During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts and Standard Details referred to in these
comments can be accessed at our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.us by clicking City Government / City
Department / Public Works / Engineering Division:
1. Please call out the type of impervious surface that will be installed between the north
property line and the sidewalk on Maple St. The plan shows pavers will be used. If so, an
encroachment permit will be required. Please see handout E#26 Encroachment permits
for submittal requirements.
2. Add note that driveway approach will be replaced per City of Edmonds Standard detail
E2.26. Add detail to plans.
3. Add the impervious surface calculation box (from the Storm Handout) to the site plan.
4. Label material of existing sidewalk.
5. Label material of driveway entrance to be installed.
6. Please provide a traffic control plan.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
