Thank you for submitting a building permit application for new trash enclosures at 21305 80
RM-2.4 zone. I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found that
the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before the Planning Division
review can continue.
1.Site Plan: When comparing the old site plan to Google maps, it appears as though the new enclosures will
interfere with both the circulation of the drive aisles on the site as well as the angled parking stalls. Please
confirm and accurately show all existing parking stalls on the site plan and note whether or not any parking
stalls will be removed with this proposal. I need to determine if there is sufficient on-site parking available
(based on the code requirements of ECDC 17.50.020.A.1.B). If any stalls will be removed, please provide the
number of dwelling units in the complex, as well as the bedroom count for the complex (number of studios, 1-
bedrooms, 2-bedrooms, etc.) so I can complete the parking calculations.
