RE: Planning Division comments for file BLD20111031 -- Key Bank
Greetings,
Thank you for submitting a building permit application for a drive-through bank at 9930 Edmonds Way
in the BN zone. I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it
was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before
the Planning Division review can continue.
1.Landscape Bid: Please provide a cost estimate bid for all of the landscaping materials and labor,
including irrigation. This will be used to create your bond and your planning inspection fee.
2.Street Tree Caliper: Please revise the landscape plan to show 3” caliper street trees (2” shown).
Redlining the originals here at our office is acceptable.
3.Hearing Examiner Condition #5: FYI… Thank you for submitting a revised TIA for this proposal,
dated March 4, 2012. Our Transportation Engineer has reviewed the updated report and has
determined that it adequately addresses the traffic issues that were raised during the public
hearing, and therefore, condition #5 has been satisfied (see attached memo).
Please submit a written response to the above, along with any revised plans to your Permit
Coordinator: Marie Harrison. All code citations can be found at: www.ci.edmonds.wa.us. If you have
any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. I look forward to working with you on this project.
Sincerely,
gina coccia:: associate planner

analysis has been reviewed by the City Transportation Engineer, Bertrand Hauss. It is his
opinion that the revised report adequately addresses the concerns of HE Condition #5.
