During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts and Standard Details referred to in these

Bld20111064 Demolition
1. Please provide a Demolition Plan without the fill and grading that was done later. Show all
structures that originally existed on the property and any driveways, walkways etc that
were removed.
2. Show the location of the utilities on the Demolition Plan. The location you have stubbed
them to is fine.
3. Show on the Demolition Plan the temporary erosion control measures that should have
been in place when demolishing the structure.
Bld20111065 Grading/Fill
1. Please show actual elevations using a permanent fixed point (datum). The sidewalk is not
considered a permanent fixed point since if it is removed, the replacement may be at a
different elevation. See the Building Handout B41 for more information about how to
choose a datum point. If you have any additional questions, please contact the Building
Division.
2. Show how soils are to be stabilized. The stabilization must be a permanent method since
there will be no construction on this lot at this time. Soils must be compost amended per
City of Edmonds Handout E72 C, and stabilized using hydro-seeding, landscape planting,
or other permanent method to stabilize soil.
