each utility that crosses underneath.
a.If 2’ separation between the footings of the retaining wall / rockery and pipes can not be
achieved, please show appropriate pipe material, such as ductile iron.

The page with the cross sections, section 2 shows the bottom of the rockery as 107’. Is 107’
suppose to be 117’? Please review and revise accordingly. If any changes are made, please
provide us only with the pages that were corrected. We do not need you to resubmit the entire
report.
7/1/12 Comment: The calculations for the retaining wall need to be based on actual conditions (i.e. slope
behind wall, slope at toe of rockery, and height of rockery). Please revise plans or calculations to be
consistent.
