5/21/12 Comment: Please provide a copy of the Drainage Easement, Ingress/Egress and Utility
easement and show on the Plot Plan as shown on the short plat recording documents.
a.There is an easement shown on the plans with an AF NO 200612075216; however, I do not see
that easement number on the recording docs, but instead easement AFN 200612050694 is
shown. If the easement number shown exists please providing a copy of the easement;
otherwise, please revise accordingly.
b.Please reference the 10’ side sewer easement (AF NO 8312220095) that the proposed sewer is
connected to.
c.Please show and reference the 20’ City of Edmonds utility easement (AF NO 1166877) as shown
on the recording docs.

will be located. Will the trucks remain on the paved driveway or will there be a construction
entrance placed on the property?
5/21/12 Comment: Please clarify plans to show existing paved portions of the driveway. Will a rock
construction entrance be installed or will construction vehicles remain within the paved portions? If a
rock construction entrance will be installed please add detail to plans or note on the plans that the
construction entrance will meet City of Edmonds standard detail E1.2.

Additional Questions
3.Please show all invert elevations for all pipes going into the catch basins (detention system and
existing).
4.It appears as though there may be an error on the invert elevations for the north catch basin of
the detention system. Please revise accordingly.
5.The detention system must have 1’ of cover when under landscape areas and 2’ of cover when
under drivable services. Please revise plans accordingly.
6.Please note the detention pipe material and the orifice size on the plans.
7.Please provide invert elevations for the tightline so that 1’ of cover and slope can be verified.
8.There is a note for a drywell; however, it is unclear what the drywell is for. Please clarify and
revise plans accordingly.
9.Please show how the runoff from the driveway will be collected to the existing stormwater vault
(i.e. directional arrows, catch basins, etc.).
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
