Please revise the impervious surface calculations accordingly. 4)Please note the year of construction for the concrete pad (located at the southeast corner of the property) and revise the impervious surface calculations accordingly. 5)Please note the year of construction for the cement pad (west near additional footprint) and revise the impervious surfaces accordingly. Please note that the cement pad may not be constructed within the City Sewer easement. 6)It appears that there is additional impervious surfaces on the west side of the house. Please show all impervious surfaces (i.e. gravel, concrete, asphalt, rooftops, etc). 7)It appears that there was and addition in 1984 and 1988, please show those additions on the plans and revise the impervious surface calculations accordingly. 8)Please show thelocation of the10’ easement for the CitySewer Main that is shown on the plans. 9)Please add a note that all disturbed soils will be compost amended (see attached handout E72C). Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plansand associated documents with a written response to each item to a Permit Coordinator.
