Once the deck is removed and replaced, it is considered new impervious. Please note what type of material is currently under the existing deck and what is proposed to be placed under the decks. 6)If the deck and any structures constructed after 1977 totals 2000 sqft or greater of impervious surfaces thesurface water runoff will need to be collected and directed to an approved stormwater management system. Please see handouts E72 (all4 handouts) for requirements and revise plans accordingly. 7)Please show all rockeries, fences, and retaining walls on the plans. Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plansand associated documents with a written response to each item to a Permit Coordinator.
