During review of the subject submittal,it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications wouldneed to be addressed. Our handouts can be found online at the City of Edmonds
web site www.ci.edmonds.wa.usunder City Government/Development Services/Engineering Division.
1.Please note on the Site Plan that catch basin erosion and sedimentary control socks will be
installed in the catch basin in the right of way downstream of the property per Standard Detail
E1.3.
2.Please show the location of the silt fence and note that the fence will be installed per Edmonds
Standard Detail E1.1.
3.Please show all trees within the construction area and label to be removed or remain.
a.If trees are to remain and near the construction area, please show a barrier fence around
the tree to protect during construction.
4.Please show the limits of construction.
5.Please show the location of the side sewer from the sewer main to the house.
6.Please note on the Site Plan that the side sewer will be cut and capped at the property line prior to
demo.
7.Please show the water service line from the meter to the house.
8.Please note on the Site Plan how the site will have access to water during demo and construction.
