b.If there is additional impervious surfaces please show how the surface water runoff will be
collected to either the existing stormwater system or proposed stormwater management system.
c.If there are additional impervious surfaces being added to the lot, please provide engineering
calculations showing either:
i.That the existing system can handle the additional surfacewater runoff
ii.A modification to the existing system that allows for the proposed stormwater runoff
iii.Or a separate system for the proposed surface water runoff per the City of Edmonds
handout E72 (this method may not require a engineering calculations).
4)Please verify that the existing stormwater system is operating as designed and provide a letter stating as
such. Please also note in the letter that you allow the City of Edmonds to inspect the onsite private
storm system outside of this permit process.
5)Please clearly label if the deck is impervious (solid) or pervious (slotted deck that allows for the water to
run through the spaces of the deck and infiltrate into a pervious surface under the deck).
6)Please label the deck that is to be removed as impervious or pervious.
7)Please note on the Site Plan what surface material is under the existing, proposed, and removed decks.
8)Please show all impervious surfaces on the property (i.e. asphalt, concrete, patios, sheds, gravel areas,
etc).
9)Please clearly label the year of construction for all impervious surfaces.
10)Please show barrier fencing around the existing sump and drywell system.
a.Construction vehicles and stockpiles are not permitted on-top of the sump and drywell system.
11)Please show the sewer line from the house to the main.
12)Please show the water service line from the house to the meter.
13)Please show all easements. It appears that ther is a 20 access and utility easement along the south
property line.

south.
14)Please add a note that the silt fence will be installed per Edmonds Standard Detail E1.1 as needed.
15)Please add a note that the filter socks will be added as needed per Edmonds Standard Detail E1.3.
16)Please provide grading calculations.
17)Please add a note that all disturbed soils will be compost amended (see attached handout E72C).
