Thank you for submitting a building permit application for aat
LaneRS-12
in thezone. I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning
Division and it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be
addressed before the Planning Division review can continue.
1.Elevations:
Please clarify the actual height of the new garage. The elevations show 20’6”while the
height calculations show 21.57’. Please make these figures consistent and redline the plans
accordingly.
2.Site Plan:
a.
What did you use for the datum pointand what is its elevation?Please make this clear on the site
plan. Redlining the plans is acceptable.
b.
Please confirm that the height of the proposed new rockery/wall is less than 3’in heightas
measured from top of rock/wall to original grade. I realize that the total wall height is 2.5’, but I
need to make sure that the wall remains under3’from original gradefor setbackpurposes(the
Planning Division measures the height of the wall different than Building and Engineering,
which can get confusing –sorry).Please clarify.
