RE: Planning Division comments for file BLD20120507 -- Complete Dentistry Signage
Greetings,
Thank you for submitting a building permit application for two wall signs at 8129 Lake Ballinger Way in the CG
zone. I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found that the
following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before the Planning Division review
can continue.
1.Sign Area: The maximum sign area for this tenant space is 45.66 square feet (based on the length of the tenant
space containing the primary public entrance, which is noted as 45’8”). Please resubmit plans showing that
both signs remain under the maximum total sign area. For example, you may choose to show that both signs
are the same size at 22.83 square feet each. You may also submit calculations for the individual channel
letters if that is helpful to reach the sign area requirements.
