I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before the PlanningDivision review can continue. 1.SEPA: Sincere apologies, but I just now realized that due to the change in access and parcels, I’ll need to issue another SEPA determination for this project.I was just about to sign off on your plans when I confirmedthis with my manager, the City’sSEPA Official. I’ll need $485 plus a revised SEPA Checklist. I’m attaching your old SEPA Checklist, which you can re-use and re-submit (just white-out or cross out the address and the few minor changes that were madedue to the relocation). Because the last SEPA determination was made over one year ago, I’ll also need a new set of mailing labels for property owners within 300 feet of the new site. Again, I really apologize for not confirming this sooner. I’ll make it my top priority to process your determination once it has been submitted. Once the SEPA determinationhas been issued, folks will have two weeks to comment on or appeal my decision before it becomes final. Please make your SEPA submission to my attention and if paying by check, it needs to be payable to the City of Edmonds. : Please submit a written response to the above, along with any revised plansto your Permit Coordinator .
