Impervious suface calculations do not agree with Lot Coverage calculations or total in the classification chart. Please revise. For example, under lot coverage the residence is noted as 2805 as apposed to Impervious Surface which notes Buildings/Carport and Overhangs as 2235. Please use same categories under Lot Coverage and Impervious Surface for clarity. Also list out each area separately e.g. residence, garage, shed etc. Please separate existing from proposed and note year constructed for all. 9/21/12: I apologize.
