During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised
plans/documents with a written response to each of the items below to a permit coordinator.City of
Edmonds handouts, standard details and development code can be referenced on the City website.
1.A traffic impact analysis for the subject developmentwas approved July 19, 2011 with a
designation of Specialty Retail for each of the proposed office spaces. Traffic impact fees
for the ITE land use category of specialty retail are charged at $0.93per square foot andfor
general office the fee is$2.07 per square foot. Please submit a new TIA worksheet that
addresses this change in use. The TIA worksheet is availableon the City websitewithin
handout #E82.
