Traffic impact fees for the ITE land use category of specialty retail are charged at $0.93per square foot andfor general office the fee is$2.07 per square foot. Please submit a new TIA worksheet that addresses this change in use. The TIA worksheet is availableon the City websitewithin handout #E82.
