Thank you for submitting a building permit application for aat in the
CG
zone. I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was
found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before the
Planning Division review can continue.
1.Sign Area:
Sign areais based on the amount of tenant space, and 21’lineal feet of tenant space is
shown on the plans.Therefore, 21 square feet of sign area is permitted for this tenant space. Please
revise the plans to show how this sign is at or under 21 square feet (30 square feet is shown, but we’d
be happy to consider the measurements of each channel letter plus the logo and raceway insteadof
one huge rectangle).
