This letter is -to address the review comments rnade by Engineering Division on the December
'19, 2012. The numbers of the responses correspond to the (I.Ornments on the letter.
General
1. A new cover sheet (CO) has included. C.ornrnents have been addressed.
2. Layout of the addition had been changed .-- will not enuoach onto the existing sanitary
sewer easement.
