1)Please show the easement (Plat 2236216) that runs along the south property line.
2)Please show the City storm main line that runs in the easement along the south property line.
3)Please show the easement (Plat 2236216) that runs along the west property line.
4)Please show the City sewer main line that runs in the easement along the west property line.
5)Please show the location of the sewer from the main to the house.
6)Please show the water service line from the meter to the house.
7)Please add the impervious surface chart (provided in the E72 Handout), as shown below, to the Site
Plan.

8)Please fill out the Site Classification Worksheet found in City of Edmonds Handout #E72.
9)Please make sure that all impervious surfaces are shown (patios, gravel areas, sheds, etc).
10)Please show the year of construction for all impervious surfaces (patio, roofs, gravel areas, etc).
11)Are the lines shown on the deck roof lines or foundation lines? Please show the roof lines if they are not
shown. If they are shown, please label as such.
12)The plans show that the proposed sunroom will be placed over an existing deck.
a.Is the deck pervious (wood slotted deck) or impervious (solid surface)? Please label the plans.
b.If the deck is pervious what is under the deck (landscape, gravel, concrete, etc)? Please note on
the plans.
c.If the deck is going from pervious to impervious it will be considered new. Please revise the
impervious surface calculations accordingly.
