clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts and Standard Details referred to in these
comments can be accessed at our website: www.edmondswa.gov :
Please Note: Building Handouts do not include updated Engineering Division Requirements. Refer to
Engineering Handouts for all Engineering Requirements.
Storm/Utility
1. 2/7/13 The geotech letter or report must address current site conditions and the current
plan in review. Please provide a report from the geotechnical engineer of record stating
that this current plan has been reviewed and
a. Footing drain drywell will be functional in existing conditions
b. Yard drain will function collecting area surface water
2. 2/7/13 Done.
3. 2/7/13 Done.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
