5)Please clearly differentiate the areas that are replaced regulated impervious surfaces and new impervious
surfaces (new means anything constructed after 1977).
6)Please clearly label the existing and proposed roof lines.
7)Please show the water service line from the meter to the house.
8)Please show the side sewer from the main to the house.
9)Please show the sewer main and 10’ sewer easement.
10)Please show all retaining walls, rockeries, and fences on the Site Plan.
11)Please add a note that all disturbed soils will be compost amended per Handout E72C.
