All Handouts and Standard Details referred to in these comments can be accessed at our website: www.edmondswa.gov by choosing Permit Assistance: 1. Please make revisions to the impervious calculations as follows; a) The deck appears to be a slat deck with no gravel or concrete pad underneath, therefore it is not considered impervious surface and can be removed from the calculations. b) The patio is in a new location so it is considered “new” impervious, not “replaced”. c) The addition square footage does not appear to include the eves. Please add the square footage of the eves to the “new” impervious surface calculation. d) Since there will be no addition of a stormwater system for this project, the “new” impervious surface is all considered “..not yet mitigated”. This amount should not be entered in line #8 which refers to a new system. Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator.
