STORMWATER REPORT/STORMWATER PUMPDESIGN REPORT
1)The Stormwater Reporthas designed a system for 5793 sq ft of impervious surfaces; however, the
impervious surface calculations showonly 1634 sq ft. Please revise the plans to be consistent.
2)The buoyantforce used for the detention pipe appears to be too large. Please review and revise as
needed.
3)AStormwater pump system has been designed; however in the ‘Stormwater Pump DesignReport’it
states that the pump will be bidder designed. Please remove that statement.
a.The pump system design must be approved during the permit process.If after permit issuance
the contractor chooses to use a different pumpsystem, the designmust besubmitted to the City
as a revisionfor review and approval.
