Please revisethe plans/report to be consistent. 9)OK 10)8/23/13 –When scaling the drawing, it appears that the impervious surface is approx. 3725 sqft. not 3472 sq ft. Please check and revise the plans accordingly. 6/28/13 Comment: Please note that the City has not verified the size ofthe system since the impervious surface calculations were not submitted. The City will review once the calculations have been submitted. 11)OK 12)OK Additional Comments8/23/13 13)The report should break out the amount of impervious area that discharges to eachdrywell and infiltration trench. a.Please revise the report accordingly. b.Please show the breakdown on the plans. 14)Please show an observation well on the infiltration trench. 15)The yard drain at the upstream end of the infiltration system should be a type once CB for solids control and have an open grate to collect the driveway runoff. a.Please have the downspouts connect to the CB. b.Please revise the plans accordingly. 16)Please show the overflow path (direction arrow, landscaping features, etc.) for the infiltration trench.
