received this.
Inspection on the driveway did not pass. The following items need to be addressed.
1)A geotechnical engineer will need to provide a report stating the location of pavement in
relationship to the slope will not have an impact.
2)The City cannot approve the location of the impervious/permeable driveway because it is
too close to the rockery and therefore may cause a surcharge on the rockery. The driveway
must be set back a minimum horizontal distance equal to the height of the rockery.
3)A revised site plan showing the proposed pavement will need to be submitted to the City. It
will need to show the following:
a.Show the proposed and existing permeable and impervious driveway.
b.Show that the square footage total of existing impervious driveway is not increasing.
c.Show that the square footage of the permeable driveway is less than 1000 sqft.
d.Show the rockery location and note the height of the rockery.
