I have reviewed your October 15, 2013 resubmittal for the above building permit application for the Planning
Division, and it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be
addressed before review can continue:
Height Calculations: Thank you for making the previously requested corrections to your height
calculations. It was noted on the resubmittal, however, that the proposed height stated on the site plan
(318.4') is not consistent with the proposed height stated on the building elevations (317.4'). Please

2. Shoreshire Plat (File No. PLN20080043): As was previously noted, staff cannot issue the requested
building permit until final approval of the subject plat (File No. PLN20080043) has been granted and the
plat has been recorded with Snohomish County. Once the plat is recorded, please make the following
corrections to your site plan:
a. Ensure that the lot dimensions are consistent with those shown on the recorded plat. Make any
necessary revisions to the proposed setbacks to reflect any corrections to the lot dimensions.
b. The lot area is not stated consistently on your site plan (it is stated within the lot itself and in the lot
coverage calculations as 8,699 sq. ft., but is stated under the total lot area and area of disturbance as
8,913 sq. ft.). Once the plat is recorded, please update the lot area as shown in all four locations on
the site plan t.

revised building plan sheets to a Development Services Permit Coordinator. Our office hours are Mondays,
