Dear Applicant:
I have reviewed your November 12, 2013 resubmittal for the above building permit application for the
Planning Division, and it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to
be addressed before review can continue:
I Shoreshire Plat File No. PLN2 : As was noted in the Planning Division's comment letters
sent on August 15th and October 31 st, staff cannot issue the requested building permit until final
approval of the subject plat (File No. PLN20080043) has been granted and the plat has been recorded
with Snohomish County. After the plat is recorded, please make sure that the following are correctly
indicated on the site plan:
a. Ensure that the lot dimensions are consistent with those shown on the recorded plat. Make any
necessary revisions to the proposed setbacks to reflect any corrections to the lot dimensions.

b. Ensure that the lot area is consistent with that of the recorded plat. Make any necessary updates to
the lot coverage calculations so that the coverage is calculated as a percentage of the net lot area.

After the plat is recorded and the above comments have been addressed, please submit three copies of your
revised site plan (including one reduced copy) and two copies of any revised building plan sheets to a
Development Services Permit Coordinator. Our office hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, and Wednesdays between 8:00 am and noon.
