During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.usunder City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
SEWER
1)Please note on plans “Side sewer to have a minimum of 2% slope.”
2)Please show a cleanout within 2’ of the house.
WATER
1)Please add a note that if copper is not used, an approved pipe material may be used and tracer wire is
required on thewater service line.
STORM
1)Per the approved civil plans for the plat, the approved impervious surface amounts for lot 2 is 2,400 sqft
for structresand 800 sqft for driveways. The plans submitted for the single family residences show
2834 sqft for structures and 791 for the driveway. Please revise the plans to be consistent with the
approved civils for the plat.
2)Please show how the surface water runoff from the driveway will be collected.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plansand associated documents with a written response to each
