I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before the Planning Division review can continue. 1.Site Plan: Please update the site plan to includethis new porch addition. You may take the existing site plan and redline it, if that is more convenient. I just need to see that the new addition is at least 25’from the top of the slope and at least 20’from the south property line. : Please submit a written response to the above, along with any revised plans to your Permit Coordinator Kristin Johns.
