During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised
plans/documents with a written response to each of the items below to a permit coordinator.

2)Edmonds Community Development Code 19.10.070.D-Prohibitions states that discharge of
collected surface water or stormwater to theground surface is prohibited on sites within the
ESLHA. The proposed trench drain along theboundaries of theconcrete patio is an open
rock/pipe collection system. A solid trench drain could be installed to prevent seepage of
surface water into the ground. ECDC 19.10.070.E-Waiver states the propertyowner could
request a waiver based upon written analysis ofa geotech engineer. Please refer to these two
code sections and revise plans or submit a waiver accordingly.
3)Revise plans to show the stormwater easementand provide copiesof the recordedeasements for
that portion of the storm conveyance line that crosses adjacent parcels.
