Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised plans/documents with a written response to each of the items below to a permit coordinator. City of Edmonds handouts and standard details can be referenced on the City website under Permit Assistance. 1)Please revise the drainage plan to show the impervious surface calculations in a table as shown below: IMPERVIOUS SURFACE CHART LineTypeArea (square feet) 1.Non-Regulated ExemptRegulated 2.Replaced 3.New (Post 1977)+ Total Regulated Impervious Area = 4. Mitigation required if in excess of 2000sf - 5.Total Area Mitigated by Existing Stormwater Management System(s) 6.Regulated Area Not Yet Mitigated= = 7.Area Proposed to be Mitigated by Low Impact Development Techniques = 8.Area Proposed to be Mitigated through Conventional SWM Techniques 2)Edmonds Community Development Code 19.10.070.D-Prohibitions states that discharge of collected surface water or stormwater to theground surface is prohibited on sites within the ESLHA. The proposed trench drain along theboundaries of theconcrete patio is an open rock/pipe collection system. A solid trench drain could be installed to prevent seepage of surface water into the ground. ECDC 19.10.070.E-Waiver states the propertyowner could request a waiver based upon written analysis ofa geotech engineer. Please refer to these two code sections and revise plans or submit a waiver accordingly. 3)Revise plans to show the stormwater easementand provide copiesof the recordedeasements for that portion of the storm conveyance line that crosses adjacent parcels.
