zone. I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found that
the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before the Planning Division
review can continue.
1. Setbacks:
The minimum distance a structure may be located from the north (street) property line on this
corner lot is 25 feet. The addition is shown 18 from the north property line. Please revise the plans so that
the new addition meets the required setbacks. The remaining setbacks look fine: 25 west (street), 7.5
south (side) and 7.5 east (side).
