During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts and Standard Details referred to in these
comments can be accessed at our website: www.edmondswa.gov by choosing Permit Assistance:
1. Portions of the structure appear to encroach into the 15’ utility easement along the frontage
of the property. Only a driveway, sidewalk or a fence can be built in this area. Please
revise plans.
2. Are all of the decks covered? Please note on site plan.
3. Please note on the drainage/utility plan the amount of impervious surface being directed to
the shared detention system located to the south of the property and the amount being
directed to the plat detention system.
4. Please add the invert of the existing storm stub and the invert of the trench drain in the
driveway.
5. For clarity, please remove (white out) from the Grading/Erosion control plan all information
not relating to grading and erosion control. (e.g. easement info, labels of driveway,
sidewalk, porch etc).
6. Show retaining and blocks walls clearly. Include length, top of wall and bottom of wall
elevations for each end of each wall.
7. Please add bottom of footing (not floor elevation) for house or slab elevation if applicable.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
