During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts and Standard Details referred to in these
comments can be accessed at our website: www.edmondswa.gov by choosing Permit Assistance:
1. Please clarify whether deck is pervious or impervious and adjust impervious surface
calculations if necessary.
2. Please include roof eves with impervious surface calculations.
3. Show utilities on the property; sewer, water, storm if any.
4. Please add note to plan: Erosion and Sediment control measures to be installed as
needed.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
