During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised
plans/documents with a written response to each of the items below to Linda Thornquist.
City of Edmonds handouts, standard details and development code can be referenced on the City
website.
1.Plans indicate that there is an interior demolition to occur.
a.Will you require a dumpster? If so, where do you intend to locate the dumpster? If
parking / sidewalk closure is necessary then a separate right-of-way construction permit
with a traffic control plan for closure will be required.
b.If the dumpster is proposed to be located within the right-of-way and to remain longer
than a day, please show proper night barricades.
2.Please provide a plan that shows the areas of closure with dimensions and the length of time the
closure will be. You may combine this plan with the Traffic Control Plan. Please note that if
the parking area / sidewalk will be closed disruption fees will be required.
