During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at

GENERAL
1)Pleaselabel the plan sheets (i.e. Site Plan, Stormwater/Utilty Plan, TESC Plan, etc) accordingly.
a.Please have the impervioussurface charton the Stormwater/Utility Plan.
b.Please note that you may combine plan sheets (i.e. Stormwater/Utility/TESC…etc) to one sheet
as long as the plan sheet remains readable.
2)Please reference the recording number for the sewer/storm drainage easement.
3)Please reference the recordingnumber for the 14’wiede access & utility easement to benefit lot 6.
SEWER
4)Please show a cleanout within 2’ of the house.
WATER
1)Although there is a note on the plans that state thatthere must be a 3’minimum separation betweenthe
water servicelineand the dry utilities (gas, phone, power, cable, etc.), the plans do not scale to show
that the 3’separation is being maintained. Please revise the plans such that when scaling it is clearthat
3’separation can be achieved.

STORM
1)Per the approved civil plans for the plat, the approved impervious surface amounts for lot 5is 2,400 sqft
for structuresand 800 sqft for drivewaysnot to exceed 3200sqft (per drainage report, pg3-9, dated
12/21/12).The plans submitted for the single family residenceshows an excess amount of impervious
surface of 99 sqft. Please revise the plans to be consistent with the approved civils for the plat.
2)Please show how the surface water runoff from the driveway will be collected.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plansand associated documents with a written response to each
