All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.usunder City Government / Development Services Department / Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts: GENERAL 1)Please label the plan sheets (i.e. Site Plan, Stormwater/UtilityPlan, TESC Plan, etc.) accordingly. a.Please have the impervious surfacechart on the Stormwater/Utility Plan. b.Please note that you may combine plan sheets (i.e. Stormwater/Utility/TESC…etc.) to one sheet as long as the plan sheet remains readable. 2)Please reference the recording number for the private drainageeasements. SEWER 3)Per the approved civils and topography it appears that the sewer will need to be pumped to the manhole as shown on the civils. a.Please show the pumpon the plans and refer to City Standard E6.9. b.Please refer to the handout #E62 for engineeringrequirementsfor sewer pumps. Please note that the City does allow E-One pumps. If the E-One pump is used a pre-design report is not required. You may show either a separate drywell or show the footing drains connected to the infiltration system. Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plansand associated documents with a writtenresponse to each item to a Permit Coordinator.
