During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at

GENERAL
1)Please label the plan sheets (i.e. Site Plan, Stormwater/UtilityPlan, TESC Plan, etc.) accordingly.
a.Please have the impervious surfacechart on the Stormwater/Utility Plan.
b.Please note that you may combine plan sheets (i.e. Stormwater/Utility/TESC…etc.) to one sheet
as long as the plan sheet remains readable.
2)Please reference the recording number for the private drainageeasements.
SEWER
3)Per the approved civils and topography it appears that the sewer will need to be pumped to the manhole
as shown on the civils.
a.Please show the pumpon the plans and refer to City Standard E6.9.
b.Please refer to the handout #E62 for engineeringrequirementsfor sewer pumps. Please note that
the City does allow E-One pumps. If the E-One pump is used a pre-design report is not required.

1)Please bold the stubs to theinfiltration system, since theconnectionswill be madeduring the
construction of the single family.
2)Pleasebold andcallout the permeable drivewaysince the driveway will be installed during the
construction of the single family.
3)Please show the permeable pavement detail and associated notes that was approved with the short plat
civils on the plans.
4)Please add a note that ifthedrivewaysubgrade slope exceeds 2%,check dams will be required.
5)Please note that the infiltration system is designed to allow for the collection of the flows from the
footing drains. You may show either a separate drywell or show the footing drains connected to the
infiltration system.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plansand associated documents with a writtenresponse to each
