All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under City Government / Development Services Department / Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts: th 1)The fence along 209 St. SW on the east side of the driveway creates site distance concerns that obstructs the view of pedestrians & traffic. a) Please relocate or modify the height of the fence such that it no longer creates site distance issues. 2)Planters and decorative rocks are not allowed within the right of way. Please show/label the planters and th rocks being removed along 80 Ave. W. thth 3)The fence along 209 St. SW., appears to be in the right of way. The right of way width along 209 is 40ft. Please show the fence located on private property. thth 4)The fence along 80 Ave. W. appears to be in the right of way. Right of way width is 50ft along 80. Please show the fence located on private property. 5)Please label the property line. Attached is a handout (B-59 Property Line Location Information) which will assist with location of property boundaries. a) If you are proposing any section of the fence to be located within the right of way, please apply for an encroachment permit (see attachment E-26 Encroachment Permit) for review and approval. b) OR relocate the fence onto private property. 6)Please show the entire sidewalk along the frontage of the subject parcel. Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans and associated documents with a written response to each item to a Permit Coordinator.
