Dear Mrs. Machuga,
In response to your correction letter dated February 28'x' 2014 for permit BLD2014-1328, the
following items have been addressed:
1)
A: The catch basin in the street has been labeled as the datum.
B: The elevations and average grade has been labeled on the plans.
2)
A: See resubmitted sheet DI, the 29'x14' specifications have been submitted.
B: See resubmitted sheets 1 & 2; the covered patio has been added.
C: The lot coverage has been corrected; there was a typo on the previous version.
The impervious chart is correct.
D: The support posts have been added to the patio.
3) There was a typo on the lot coverage chart has been corrected.
4) The impervious surface chart is correct and does not need to be updated.
