Dear Mrs. Machuga,
In response to your correction letter dated April 22d 2014 for perinit BLD2011-1328, the
following items have been addressed:
1) See revised plans, the house has been flipped to match site plans. Also see the other updated
site plans (Construction, Drainage, and TESC).
2) See updated elevation pages in the construction drawings. The average grade has been
labeled.
3) See revised site plans, the support posts have been added.
4) The lot coverage calculation has been updated per your correction.
5) See the revised Impervious Surface calculations. The overhang for the covered patio is now
included in the calculation.
