SW Dear Mr. Jensen: I have reviewed your resubmittal dated January 23, 2014 for the above building permit applicationfor the Planning Division,and it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressedbefore review can continue: Plan Consistency: 1.Your revised site plan indicates the same building footprint as what was originally proposed; however, your revised building plans indicate a new layout for the first floor, including a larger garage.Please correct all discrepancies between the building plans and site plan and be sure that both plans accurately reflect what is being proposed, keeping in mind that calculations forlot coverage,height, impervious surface,etc. may need to be revised to reflect the actual proposal.Please note that staff is unable to conduct a complete review of your second submittal since it is unclear whether or not a change is proposed to the layout of the house. Additional comments may be necessary upon review of your future resubmittal addressing these comments. Setbacks: 2.It appears that if an enlarged garage is proposed, it may not comply with the minimum required setbacks applicableto the RS-8 zone. As you revise the building plans and site plan to accurately reflect the house design that is proposed, please be sure that the proposal complieswith the applicable setback requirements. Height: 3.Please label the datum point utilized for the height calculations. Additionally, if the footprint of the house is changing from what was originally proposed, thelocationsand elevations of the fourcorners of the height rectangle will need to be updated,and the height calculations will need to be corrected as applicable. Impervious Area: 4.It was noted that the impervious area calculations are stated differently between the drainageplan and the utility and construction plan. Please correct all discrepancies. Please submit three copies of your revised site plan (including one reduced copy) and two copies of any revised building plan sheets to a Development Services Permit Coordinator.
